UF and HHP celebrate a successful year of extraordinary philanthropy

University of Florida alumni and friends came together once again last fiscal year to invest $523 million in their university to address some of humankind’s biggest challenges. Those gifts provide scholarships and professorships, enhance life-changing programs, enable UF doctors to make medical breakthroughs, support projects that improve communities, and fund other undertakings for the good of Floridians and people across the world. HHP Go Greater campaign and fiscal-year 2020 Highlights

• Raised $2M+ in FY20: To date, HHP has raised more than $8M toward our $10M Go Greater Campaign Goal
• Extraordinary Individual Philanthropy: HHP received the largest gift to date during the Go Greater Campaign - $1.13M Endowed Scholarship Bequest
• Increased College Endowment: $3.2M in new gifts to the college's endowment during the Go Greater Campaign - the college’s endowment is currently $7.5M
• Boosting Scholarships: The number of Scholarship Awards has doubled since 2014 – more than 140 will be awarded this fall
