ALL CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF AUGUST 31ST.

*Spin Class: reserve your spot at the front desk and come 15 minutes early for set up. (Only 10 seats per class).
Spin class is an extra fee of $50 for the semester, the Tuesday class is tentative.
Yoga is an extra fee of $85 for the semester, this is taught in FLG 225
Total Body Toning: 45 minute class emphasizing strength exercises for the lower body, abdominals, and some upper body.
Core Performance: 30 minute workout that includes exercises to strengthen the lower back and abdominals.
Stadium Stompers: 30 minute cardiovascular and strength training workout that includes running and walking stadiums and ramps.
Spin Class: 45 minute low impact, high calorie burning cardiovascular workout on stationary exercise bikes.
Bootcamp: 6-week class that will meet starting Sept. 1st
5k/10k Training: Dr. Hal Lerch will be giving coaching on how to run a 5k or 10k
