Living Well is a 7,500-square-foot wellness facility exclusively for University of Florida employees. Living Well features a free weight and stretching area. The cardiovascular area features Stairmaster treadmills and ellipticals, stationary bicycles, rowing, all with access to televisions. Living Well also has a complete line of MedEx and Cybex equipment.
Living Well also offers a variety of group fitness classes. In addition, members can schedule one-on-one personal training sessions for an additional fee. Members also have access to locker rooms and shower facilities.
For your convenience, members can purchase Gatorade and Aquafina water at Living Well.

Monday thru Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

May 5: 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 6: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 7: 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 8: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 9: 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m., 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
May 10-11: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

University of Florida employees including; Faculty. Staff, retiree, UAA, Shands, Foundation and spouse/partner are eligible for membership. Other family members and UF students are not eligible.
An annual membership is $265.60 and a six month membership is $151.90. There is no initiation fee and you may start at anytime. Membership fees may be paid by check, or may be payroll deducted ($26.56 per pay period for 10 consecutive pay periods for annual membership and $15.19 for 10 consecutive pay periods for six month membership). We also accept bank checks and money orders. OPS employees are not eligible for payroll deduction.
