GUEST SPEAKER TO LECTURE ON AGING AND NEUROMUSCULAR ADAPTATION | 1/13

GAINESVILLE, Fla.— Dr. Evangelos Christou will give a speech entitled “Aging and Neuromuscular Adaptations While Learning Fine and Novel Motor Tasks” at 4 p.m. Jan. 15 in FLG 74. Christou is Director of the Neuromuscular Physiology Laboratory and the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University.

Dr. Christou’s research interests include the identification of neuromuscular mechanisms that mediate acute perturbations (arousal, fatigue, and sleep) and chronic influences (aging, disease, training, and learning) to motor performance in humans.
