GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The College of Health & Human Performance and Cold Stone Creamery (Newberry Road location) are teaming up to raise money for the University of Florida Community Campaign.
Cold Stone Creamery (Newberry Road location) will donate 25 percent of its profits from ice cream sold between 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2004.
The Community Campaign’s goal this year is to raise $1 million for the local agencies providing services that directly benefit people residing in the Alachua County region. Such agencies include: United Way, Salvation Army, MDA, March of Dimes, Alzheimer’s Association, Ronald McDonald House and Alachua County Humane Society.
