Yesterday, I held my final session for my research study for while I am here. It was a big event. We combined both community centers (Hasnabad and Karimabad). There was a big sports day at the grounds of Hasnabad where we had a 100m race, relay race, and balloon/banana race (you'd have to see it to understand). We also had a fruit/vegetable salad making competition. We broke everyone into groups and they had to come up with the most nutritious and practical recipe. We had a nutritionist and a doctor from the health board for the judges. We gave prizes for each event for the winning groups which included decorative coffee/tea mugs and prayer beads (same concept as a rosary). All in all the participants really enjoyed it. We had around 50 people attend. But we wanted much more participation than that. Below are just some of the pictures so you can get a better idea.
