The College of Health and Human Performance has numerous merit-based scholarships which it awards annually to its students.

To be considered for one of the scholarships you must submit the College of Health and Human Performance Scholarship application, undergraduate students must be a major in the College and have successfully completed a minimum of one year (two semesters). In addition, undergraduate applicants must have a minimum 3.0 UF GPA, a minimum 3.0 Universal Tracking GPA, and a 3.0 minimum upper division GPA (if applicable). Graduate students must be a major in the College, have successfully completed one semester and have a minimum 3.0 UF GPA.

Qualifications vary by scholarship, so please review the criteria before applying. Previous year recipients are ineligible for to receive the same scholarship in back to back years. For example: If you received the Allen/Holyoak/Varnes scholarship in 2008 you are not eligible for this scholarship in 2009.

Scholarship applications for the 2009-10 academic year must be submitted by 4 p.m. on March 6, 2009 to scholarships@hhp.ufl.edu.
