MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (MOP) GRANTS - UF GRADUATE STUDENT COUNCIL (GSC)

DESCRIPTION

The Graduate Student Council is offering 10 MOP research grants at $300 a piece to be used towards the purchase of materials necessary for the completion of a specific research project or thesis/final defense

These grants can be used toward the purchase of materials that can be classified as consumables (i.e., items that are used up or worn out by use) and to pay for procedures such as laboratory tests. The funds cannot be used towards the purchase of materials considered as personal items or that must be entered into University inventory and cannot be used to pay a stipend, salary, or to compensate participants. These grants are reimbursement only and all purchases are subject to approval by the Student Government Finance Office.
