HHP Change of Major Process
The following presentation covers information about majors offered and the policies and procedures for changing your major into one of the five majors housed in the College of Health and Human Performance. After reviewing the presentation, you will quizzed on the contents of the video. The presentation and subsequent quiz are required for those applying for a change of major into the College of Health and Human Performance.

Duration: This presentation should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Technology: This presentation contains audio elements. Please make sure you are using a computer with audio capabilities and that your volume is set at an appropriate level. This course is best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher.

Upon completion of the quiz you will be asked to print the certificate page verifying your successful completion. Please make sure you have printer access. You are responsible for printing the document as there is no additional proof of completion.

Grading: This presentation has an assessment that must be passed (with 100%) in order to be eligible to change your major. Upon passing the quiz, you must print a copy of the certificate and submit it along with your Letter of Intent.
