Biography:

Zachary Gibson has worked at HHP/UF since June 2004 as a technical assistance and training consultant for Florida's 21st CCLC program, where he assists sub-grantees with program design, implementation, operation, and evaluation of after school programs. During his prior work history, Gibson served as a teacher/counselor for residential juvenile justice facilities in Pennsylvania and Florida, as the Director of Operations for a charter school in Dallas, Texas, where educational service were provided to incarcerated youth in six residential facilities, as the Administrator for an alternative school in Houston, TX for youth who have been expelled from their middle or high school, or who have been released from jail, and as a Program Director for four Boys & Girls Clubs in Florida that served under-privileged youth and were funded by Florida's 21st CCLC program. Gibson attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received a bachelor's degree in communications media.
