Biography:

David Gardner has worked for the College of Health and Human Performance since 2005 when he joined the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Leadership Team. He currently serves as the director of evaluation for the 21st CCLC Leadership Team. As director, he oversees the on-site evaluation and data collection for Florida's 21st Century Community Learning Centers. Gardner taught Ethical Issues in Sport (SPM 3204) and Administration of Sport and Physical Activity (SPM 4154C) as an adjunct lecturer in the fall of 2007, and he will serve as a mentor in the University Minority Mentor Program during the 2008-2009 academic year. He attended UF for both undergraduate and graduate school, receiving his B.S. in exercise and sport sciences in 2002, and his M.S. in sport management in 2005.
