Dr. Gibson is a Professor in the Department of Tourism, Hospitality, & Event Management. She teaches classes in leisure and tourism theory, sport tourism and research methods. Originally from the UK, she studied abroad in the U.S. and has stayed here ever since. Her favorite part of her job as a professor is meeting with students and leading study abroad programs in Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.
