Fitness Wellness Transfer Requirements
This curriculum is designed for students who want a career in the APK field as exercise specialists or technicians. The curriculum has a focus on business related courses to assist in managing and supervising fitness programs in corporate, commercial and other related job settings.
To be considered for transfer admission, this program requires a 2.0 minimum overall gpa, as well as a 2.8 minimum gpa in prerequisites.

| BSC#085 & BSC#085L | Human Anatomy and Physiology I with lab (or equivalent, such as BSC2093C) |
| BSC#086 & BSC#086L | Human Anatomy and Physiology II with lab (or equivalent, such as BSC2094C) |
| APK2300c or PET2622 | Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries (If this course is not offered at your school, you will be expected to complete it at UF your first semester if admitted) |
**ACG2021c Financial Accounting – recommended as an elective prior to attending UF if transfer students are interested in completing the business minor while at UF, as well as completing the fitness wellness program. Transfer students must confirm with UF’s College of Business that the financial accounting course taken will be accepted as equivalent to UF’s ACG2021c Introduction to Financial Accounting when transferred.
