Needs Assessment

The 21st CCLC Technical Assistance and Training (TAT) Unit is committed to providing high quality technical assistance services to all sub-grantees. Towards that end, the Unit conducts an annual statewide survey to determine the level of need based on the following 21st CCLC areas:

• Implementation of programs, activities, and services
• Program Management
• Program Operations
• Program Evaluation
• Policy, Monitoring and Compliance

Information gathered from Program Needs Assessment Survey is used to assist the TAT Unit in developing activities, strategies and professional development opportunities for sub-grantees to address identified needs.

Generally, the Needs Assessment survey is distributed in the Fall. We will notify programs and update this web page as appropriate.
